Ginataang Squash

Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon oil
  • 1 small onion
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 tbsp fish sauce
  • 2 cups coconut milk
  • 2 cups cubed butternut squash
  • 3 thai chilis

Instructions

  1. Heat oil and saute garlic and onion
  2. Add coconut milk, chilis, and fish sauce. Simmer for 5-6 minutes
  3. Add squash, cook until tender
  4. Salt to taste
