Ginataang Squash
Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon oil
- 1 small onion
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 2 cups coconut milk
- 2 cups cubed butternut squash
- 3 thai chilis
Instructions
- Heat oil and saute garlic and onion
- Add coconut milk, chilis, and fish sauce. Simmer for 5-6 minutes
- Add squash, cook until tender
- Salt to taste
